Securitales is a Web Based Service that is not blocked.  A web based service is different from a VPN, but can also unblock sites in China.  The advantage of a Web based service over a VPN is that you don't have to download anything onto your computer. It works on iPhone, iPad and other smart phones as well as laptop and desktop operating systems like Mac, Windows, and Linux.

The most important thing right now is that it's NOT BLOCKED.

So, it's really no secret to the world that you can't access Youtube from China. I know, I know, this post is a couple years too late.  Funny thing I found out the other day is that even though my site is called "unblock Youtube in China, if you type "access Youtube from China" into Google, my site doesn't come up.  So it inspired me to make this post and maybe you'll find my site.

There's something unique about Youtube that makes it necessary to get a really good VPN.  The thing is that you'll be streaming video on the site, so if you want to access Youtube from China, and you've got a VPN sever between you and Youtube, you're going to need a fast one.

The fastest VPN I've ever used over these years in China is StrongVPN. No doubt about it.  Now I'm a big fan of 12VPN, and they've got their offices in Hong Kong, so they'd be my second choice. After that, It's up to you.

Personally I've seen pretty slow connections from both iVPN and VyprVPN, but there are some great reviews of their services on the Internet. It may have been some installation issue on my part, or it may be particular to Southern China. I'm not sure.

Regardless, if you're looking to access Facebook from China, StrongVPN is my first choice. 12VPN is my second, and because Astrill has cool features which allow you to filter only certain sites through the VPN (making accessing Youtube and Facebook much more convenient), I'll rate them number three. I haven't actually tried their VPN service, but they seem pretty good, and have lots of good reviews.

Problem is that StrongVPN has been blocked recently.  Again, it may be a Fujian thing, and it may just be my computer settings that are causing the problem. Try the link, if it doesn't work, try a different service. Last time StrongVPN was blocked in China they got the site up in about four or five days, so I imagine they won't be down for long this time.
